Can I track my order?

What guarantee do the shoes purchased on the website have?
For Wonders, quality comes first. We quality control our shoes to make sure they are in the best conditions to withstand the uses for which they were designed. Still all our shoes have a legal warranty of 2 years for manufacturing defects, from the day of purchase. If a product that you purchased in our online store has quality defects and you want to return it, you must contact us through the mail info@wonders.com to inform you of how to proceed.
The misuse or general wear and tear of the product will not be considered defective.
I have not received any email with the purchase confirmation, is everything correct?
If you have not received the confirmation email, but have viewed the message with your confirmed order number and have been charged the corresponding fee, you can be sure that it has been processed successfully.
